The submission package for journals under the HCMCOU Journal of Science - Advances in Computational Structures must be complete, consistent, and strictly compliant with the Journal's regulations. The required submission package includes:

1. Main Manuscript

The manuscript must be properly and fully prepared in accordance with the Journal's requirements on content, formatting, and structure, in line with the requirements set out in the Journal's Manuscript Preparation section.

2. Title Page

The title page must include complete information and comply with the journal's length requirements:

• Manuscript information, including manuscript type, title (no more than 20 words), abstract (no more than 250 words), keywords (4–6 words), and JEL codes (3–5 three-level JEL codes, for manuscripts in the field of economics);
• Author information, including full name, corresponding author, academic title/degree, email, affiliation, ORCID (mandatory), and other related information.

3. Cover Letter

The cover letter must provide complete information as required by the Journal, including:

• Manuscript information, including the title and the ordered list of authors;
• A statement of why the Journal should publish this research, its scientific and practical value, and its fit with the Journal's aims and scope;
• Suggested reviewers who are appropriate and objective, for manuscripts involving highly specialized research or emerging fields.

4. Unified Author Disclosure Form

The Unified Author Disclosure Form must be completed fully, honestly, and consistently, and must closely align with the Journal's manuscript and authorship requirements. Missing, incomplete, or inconsistent disclosures across documents may result in processing being suspended, additional information being requested, or the manuscript being rejected. The disclosure form includes:

• Manuscript information, including title and corresponding author;
• Acknowledgements;
• Required disclosures and statements;
• Compliance with the policies.

5. Appendices & Supplementary Materials (if applicable)

Includes supplementary tables, supplementary figures, methodological appendices, technical documents, or other supporting materials (if applicable).

6. Research Data and/or Data Sharing Links (if applicable)

Research data, source code, and/or links to reliable data repositories must be provided in accordance with the Data/Code Availability Statement in the Unified Author Disclosure Form.
