Dr. Cuong Thanh Le is the Head of the Center for Engineering Application & Technology Solutions, Ho Chi Minh City Open University, Vietnam. He received his Ph.D. from the Ghent University of Belgium in 2019. His research focuses on computational science and engineering, structural stability, dynamic analysis, plates and shells, optimization, and structural health monitoring. He has published papers in the journal Computer Methods in Engineering Failure Analysis, Knowled-based System, Expert System with Application, Applied Mechanics and Engineering, Composite structures, and Thin-Walled Structures. Dr. Samir Khatir is currently a Doctor assistant at Ghent University Belgium and adjunct Doctor assistant at Ho Chi Minh Open university Vietnam. He received Ph.D. in Civil engineering at Ghent University. He is authored and co-authored of over 100 ISI peer-reviewed articles. His primary research interest is in the areas of Civil and Mechanical engineering such as FEM, IGA, XIGA, Damage identification, Fracture mechanics, Optimization, Inverse problem, Laminated composites,Transmissibility, Fatigue, Civil engineering structures, Machine Learning, Model Reduction, Deep Learning, and experimental modal analysis. He is also on the editorial board in many scientific journals. |

Dr. Maosen Cao is a full professor at Hohai University and director of its Institute of Structural Dynamics and Control. He won the prestigious Marie Curie Fellowship and had research experience in Hong Kong, USA, and EU countries. His research focuses on structural health monitoring, acoustics, vibration, smart materials and structures, and laser-based vibration measurement. Dr. Cao has published over 160 peer-reviewed international journal papers and is the Editor-in-Chief of Structural Durability and Health Monitoring.
